Welcoming Anna Warren to The Courtyard as Administrator

Natchitoches Regional Medical Center and The Courtyard of Natchitoches are pleased to announce Anna Warren, NFA, MSN, RN, has been selected to succeed Paula Barker NFA, RN, who will soon be retiring as the Administrator of The Courtyard.
“We are pleased to welcome Anna back to our organization. Previously, she worked with our team during her graduate studies and is familiar with The Courtyard of Natchitoches and NRMC,” explained Kirk Soileau, CEO of NRMC. “Anna will transition into her new role while Paula is still with us, and then Paula will pass the baton to her. With a 23-year nursing career, Anna has the leadership experience, dedication, and expertise to successfully lead The Courtyard’s 100+ Associates in providing excellent care and services to our residents. The Courtyard has become a premier skilled nursing facility under Paula’s leadership, and I’d like to thank her for her many contributions and accomplishments through the years. She has truly created a legacy that will carry forward for our community and residents,” Soileau said.
Warren comes to The Courtyard from St. Joseph’s Home in Monroe where she served as the administrator. Her extensive background includes 12 years as the Director of Nursing for Christus Coushatta Healthcare Center as well as a medical-surgical nursing manager, staff nurse in medical-surgical nursing, and as an Emergency Room Nurse. She holds a Master of Nursing degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University. She is a licensed Nursing Facilities Administrator.
