Associates of the Year Awards And Senior Leadership Awards

Each year as part of the service anniversary celebration, NRMC names Associates of the Year and two Senior Leadership Awards. These honors recognize individuals who exemplify the hospital’s core values and serve as role models in their departments and throughout the hospital. They come to work each day and do their very best, helping to ensure the hospital, its clinics, and facilities provide the best patient and resident experiences possible.  They have can-do attitudes, strong work ethics, professionalism, integrity, and act kindly. They anticipate the needs of others and go out of their way to help and serve others. They are committed to patient and resident safety.

Congratulations to Billy Tousaint who was named Associate of the Year; Mona Chatman as Leader of the Year; Lamarcus Moore, RN of the Year; Dale Jordan, LPN of the Year; and Kalicia Williams, CNA/Technician of the Year.

The Senior Leadership Award for Non-clinical Services went to Jerry Forrest. The Senior Leadership Award for Clinical Services was given to Marteel Simpson.

Congratulations to these outstanding Associates for their service to NRMC and the community. Also congratulations and thanks to all Associates who were recognized for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and more years of service.
