Debbie Vennekotter, Vice President of Organizational Development
Debbie Vennekotter serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development and is responsible for Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Patient and Associate Engagement and Leadership Development.
Before joining NRMC full-time, Ms. Vennekotter served as the organization’s lead Studer Group Coach for three years while also serving as a Coach for Studer group for four and half years. Prior to Studer Group , she spent 25 years with Cox Health of Springfield, Missouri. She began her career at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK and then moved to Heidelberg, Germany where she was the Clinical Advisor for Speech Pathology with the Army 7th Exceptional Family Member Program.
Ms. Vennekotter holds both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology and a Master of Science Degree in Speech Pathology from Phillips University, Enid, Oklahoma, and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
Ms. Vennekotter has 15 years of experience as a CARF surveyor-– specialized for the VA Health System and Combined Joint Commission Surveys and also has served as a Senior Examiner for Excellence in the Missouri Foundation for the State Malcolm Baldrige Award program. In 2018, she was named by the Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to the Board of Examiners for the 2018 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and serves as an examiner for the Quality Texas Foundation.
