“At NRMC, we strive to continually improve our organization through better communication, continual enhancements to our processes and systems, and development of an excellence-centered, patient-centered culture,” explained Kirk Soileau. “The Louisiana Quality Foundation’s award criteria establishes a road map for continual improvement which has helped our team rethink, transform, and grow even stronger. I want to commend our Associates on this well-deserved recognition.”
