Natchitoches Regional Medical Center receives the Louisiana Performance Excellence Award

LQF Vice President Ron Schulingkamp, Sc.D., presented Natchitoches Regional Medical Center with the Louisiana Performance Excellence Award — Level 2 for 2018.
Recently, the Louisiana Quality Foundation held an Award Ceremony at the Louisiana Governor’s Mansion and recognized four high-performing Louisiana organizations for their leadership, innovation and sustainability. Natchitoches Regional Medical Center was honored to be chosen as one of the recipients. LQF Vice President Ron Schulingkamp, Sc.D., presented Natchitoches Regional Medical Center with the Louisiana Performance Excellence Award — Level 2 for 2018.
LPEA is a statewide award that recognizes profit and non-profit Louisiana organizations who demonstrate performance excellence leadership, who meet the award criteria benchmarks; who demonstrate performance excellence awareness and practices, and who ensure performance excellence achievements.
“At NRMC, we strive to continually improve our organization through better communication, continual enhancements to our processes and systems, and development of an excellence-centered, patient-centered culture,” explained Kirk Soileau. “The Louisiana Quality Foundation’s award criteria establishes a road map for continual improvement which has helped our team rethink, transform, and grow even stronger. About the Louisiana Quality Foundation
The Louisiana Performance Excellence Award is administered by the Louisiana Quality Foundation (LQF). The LQF is a non-profit corporation of volunteers from various sectors of business, government, education, manufacturing and services who administer the award process. The award was initiated by a group of statewide quality professionals with the vision of providing recognition to organizations operating according to quality principles. The Louisiana Performance Excellence Award is sponsored by the Louisiana Productivity Center.
