Natchitoches Regional Medical Center receives the Louisiana Performance Excellence Award
Recently, the Louisiana Quality Foundation held an Award Ceremony at the Louisiana Governor’s Mansion and recognized four high-performing Louisiana organizations for their leadership, innovation and sustainability. Natchitoches Regional Medical Center was honored to be chosen as one of the recipients. LQF Vice President Ron Schulingkamp, Sc.D., presented Natchitoches Regional Medical Center with the Louisiana Performance Excellence Award -- Level 2 for 2018.

NRMC in Top 1% in Nation
Only about two percent of hospitals in the United States earn the prestigious 100 SafeCare Hospitals® distinction, and the top 50 hospitals represent the top one percent of U.S. hospitals. Recently, Natchitoches Regional Medical Center was named in that Top 1% for 2018 .“While all US hospitals achieving improvements deserve recognition,” says Dr. Yisrael Safeek, MD, MBA, Chairman and CEO of The SafeCare Group, “Those achieving 100 SafeCare Hospitals distinction are leading the way. NRMC SELECTED AS 1 OF 8 FOR Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program
On behalf of the Health Resources Services Administration’s Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP), and Delta Regional Authority (DRA), The National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center) is excited to announce Natchitoches Regional Medical Center has been selected to participate in the Delta Regional Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program. Through the DRCHSD Program, the DRA and FORHP have partnered to support eight rural communities with an opportunity to receive intensive technical assistance (TA).
