TappedTober Craft Beer & Wine Festival
We are beyond excited to announce the 2019 TappedTober Craft Beer & Wine Festival on Saturday, October 12 from Noon to 10:30 PM on the Natchitoches Riverbank.
Natchitoches, Louisiana’s very first Craft Beer and Wine Festival. This annual event is known for the family environment, top-notch entertainment, big screen football, and, of course, the best beer and wine on the planet. Over 45 craft beer brands will be on hand in the beer pavilion.
This family event has something for everyone:
- Kid Zone,
- Incredible music line-up,
- Football games on a giant digital screen,
- Food trucks,
- Giant beer & wine tasting pavilion,
- Games, and much more.
The success of the inaugural TappedTober Craft Beer & Wine Festival far exceeded our expectations. 1,500 attendees, 127 volunteers, and 32 sponsors stepped up in a huge way to ensure local access to cancer detection and care. The Natchitoches Regional Medical Center will open 3D mammography in the brand new NRMC Breast Health Center this Fall 2019. In addition, the Northwestern Louisiana Cancer Foundation tackled transportation and your support raised the money for the van.
Did you know that 100% of all TappedTober proceeds stay LOCAL – used right here in our community for our families and neighbors?
About our Foundations and Mission:
Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Foundation exists to ensure NRMC is equipped to excel in delivering healthcare excellence to every member of our community. The Foundation does this through funding technology advancements (i.e. 3D mammography), new healthcare services, nursing & allied health scholarships, and community wellness grants.
Northwestern Louisiana Cancer Foundation was created ease the burden of access to healthcare for our most vulnerable patients (i.e. transportation, gas cards, lodging, dietary & financial assistance). Through generous community support, the funds to purchase the van are on hand. Now our goal is the operational costs of the transportation assistance program.
