A Successful Inaugural Year for NRMC Foundation’s Partners in Excellence Initiative

In creating a “Culture of Health” in Natchitoches Parish, NRMC and the NRMC Foundation along with numerous other organizations have identified health challenges and opportunities present today in Natchitoches Parish.
From the Community Health Needs Assessment conducted in the summer of 2017, a well-defined, overall picture of health emerged – a picture that NRMC along with the NRMC Foundation want to improve. Yet the hospital and Foundation cannot do it alone – this must be a community-wide effort.

From this backdrop, the Foundation created a unique initiative in 2019, the “Partners in Excellence” program which allows the Foundation to team up with civic and health-minded businesses who want to meaningfully impact the health and well-being of the community.

The Partners in Excellence program is a powerful arm of the Foundation and is a sustainable initiative that successfully aligns service goals of local businesses with real health needs in the community. Emphasis is placed on creating excellent programs and services at NRMC that can and will benefit every single life in the parish

Through a customized, annual consolidated request for financial support, the NRMC Foundation works with area businesses and donors to develop meaningful programs tailored to our Partner’s philanthropic interests or unique marketing needs, consisting of prestigious recognition, event sponsorship opportunities and other benefits.
