PRISM Center

Natchitoches Regional Medical Center partners with PRISM to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care for outpatients with rehabilitation needs. The team creates a detailed therapy plan for each patient. The goal is to help patients rebuild their strength and abilities in a safe environment under the guidance of a licensed therapist trained in rehabilitation specialists.

PRISM’s experienced rehabilitation team provides individualized speech, occupational or physical therapy based on each patient’s needs. The multidisciplinary team is experienced in providing services to orthopedic patients, stroke patients, those with head trauma, sports injuries, post-surgery patients, and others with specific needs.
