At Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, the quality of care we provide is our highest priority. Understanding and meeting your needs and expectations coupled with providing timely, appropriate and high quality clinical services defines our mission.

Communication is central to a good experience. Talk with your nurses and doctors about your care, needs, medicines, pain management, and discharge information. So many things affect a patient's stay, and we want to ensure we create the kind of healing environment you need and deserve. During your stay or visit, please let us know how we're doing and if there is anything you need.

Many of our patients also give their feedback by participating in our patient satisfaction surveys. This helps us gain a better understanding of how well we are performing so we can further improve the services we provide. Our goal is to be in the top percentiles for patient satisfaction compared to national benchmarks.

Above all else, we want to be the kind of hospital our patients believe in and recommend to their family and friends. We may never become the biggest hospital in the state of Louisiana, but we can become one of the most outstanding, and that's what we intend to do.
